Ashley needs to hear from you! She says everyone else is getting mail. Please try and stay positive and keep her in your prayers. She's been a little under the weather recently.
She says that she's the first one up in her room (she swears it's true.) Her companion is the one who is hard to get out of bed. Obviously Heavenly Father is helping her out in that regard. She is realizing how much time she has wasted on things that don't matter in the past. You can tell that she is full of the spirit. We are so proud of her and her willingness to serve.

ReplyDeleteJust wrote your Daughter...SISTER Stadler a note. Funny how i came across it actually. I googled the Mission Office in the Philippines and a link to this BLOG came up. I was looking for the EXACT address to send my SON a letter from his sister Rebecca. I was prompted to write her a message, so i did. After reading this BLOG I realived that they KNOW each other, she even mentions him by name in one of her BLOGS/messages. How KOOL is that...WOW.
I sent SISTER Stadler many words of uplifting encouragement, albeit short and sweet. The Spirit will lift her and guide her while on her mission. Since i did not have her email address the message will be POUCHED to her through DearElder.com [MY prefered method of contact for letters to mission field], but Elder Lewis tells me the mail systen is not too good there. She will probably get the pouch letter in about 4 weeks. If you give me her email address [which i requested in letter] I would love to send her uplifting words of encouragement every so often. Please do the same for MY Missionary as well. Please keep me posted on SISTER Stadler.
You have a BLOG, he has a Facebook. I like the BLOG idea. I just might have to start one for friends and family. GREAT idea...thanx.
Recently, my son, Elder Lewis sent back a memory card...with TONS of pictures...and your daughter Sister Stadler is in MANY of them. Might make an interesting TRADE to share on BLOGS.
BTW, i just got Elder Lewis's permission to start a BLOG. I have not yet got the hang of it yet, but just starting. If you know and helpful tips and sites please feel free to SHARE.
